Message	from personal experience that it's awfully easy to do, at least for me. Several years ago in my 240Z I nodded off at highway speeds and crossed the center line on a corner. If the car in the other lane hadn't sounded its horn, I would have been dead man, not to speak of what would have happened to the people in the other car and to my son who was with me at the time. After that I pledged to myself I would pull off the road if I ever felt sleepy. The incident was sufficiently terrifying that I never was tempted to violate that common sense principle again.
